Expired PNP Membership ID Badges need renewal!

• PNP badges without an Expiration date or badge number are expired and invalid.
• PNP Membership must be renewed every two years. Check your badges “EXPIRES:” date to see if it is current.
• Reactivate and update your information & new PNP badge with this form:

1)- Fill out the PNP Background Information Form (required – Click link, to update your current contact information: address, phone or email changes or addition:
Mail your PNP Member badge and send the  form to:

Your new badge will be returned.

2)- Alternatively, take your badge and the filled out the form (see above link) and show up at any PNP Training class (see calendar) and request to have your badge updated. You’re welcome, and it is recommended, to join the now shorter (3 hour) class for a refresher course as they update your badge.
